™Huygens Stitcher
High-quality stitching without artefacts for all microscopy data types
Huygens Stitcher can fit together tiles recorded with any microscope type. Its unique xyz tile positioning approach ensures high 3D precision, even with 0% acquisition overlap between tiles. Tiles can be stitched in the x, y and z direction. With intelligent and automated vignetting correction, seamless stitching is ensured. The easy-to-use Wizard combines fast GPU-accelerated fitting and vignetting correction with deconvolution. Huygens Stitcher can stitch hundreds of gigabytes (see testimonials below). Stitching is available as a task in the Workflow Processor so that it can be combined with other processing tasks in one image processing pipeline.
